The first step is to receive the finished goods from the client. Generally, we ask clients to fill out a warehouse form that states the product name and the number of units of each product that would be stored with us.

Picking & Packing  

As soon as a customer places an order, our fulfillment centers jump into action to execute the order. A center employee collects all the units in the customer’s order. For example, a cutlery seller, who sells ceramic cups and stainless steel spoons, may want bubble wrap for cups and packing paper for spoons.

We also buy and print shipping labels. 

Shipping 

We have a preferred list of carriers who have provided us with credible service for years. 

The packed and labeled goods are sent on their way to the customer, using the services of one of these preferred carriers.
